Author Guidelines

1. Eligibility to Submit

We welcome submissions from independent researchers, writers, and scholars in all fields relevant to the scope of this server. Publication is free, and while articles are not peer-reviewed by a governing body, they may be peer-reviewed by other authors working on the site.  You do not need to be affiliated with a university or scientific institution to submit a work to the site. However:

  • You must create a registered account on this site.

  • If you are submitting a paper for the first time, it must receive an endorsement from three authors on this server.

  • Endorsements are intended to ensure that submissions meet standards of rigor and ethics.

2. Submission Requirements
All submissions must be:

  • Clean and reviewable: written in clear English or French, in PDF format, with numbered pages.

  • Original: not previously posted in another preprint repository or journal.

  • Appropriate to the scope of the server.

  • Free of plagiarism and properly cited.

  • Ethically just: must address a problem or work and not the person or group.

  • Legally shareable: you must hold the rights to any images, datasets, or third‑party content included.

  • English or French: at this time, we are only accepting submissions in the English or French language.

3. Endorsement Process

    • After registration, submitters without prior publications on this server must be endorsed by at least three trusted authors on the site.

    • Endorsement confirms that the endorser has the conviction that the submission is serious and suitable for review.

    • Endorsers are accountable for their recommendations.

For more information on how endorsements work, see our Endorsement Guidelines.

4. Moderation and Posting

  • All submissions are moderated to determine whether they meet these guidelines.

  • Moderation checks for: relevance, completeness, clarity, originality, and compliance with the scope.

  • Submissions that pass moderation will be posted publicly, and authors will be notified.

  • The server reserves the right to decline submissions that fail to meet standards, even if endorsed.

  • Even after the publication of an article on the site, you can always update it.

5. Just Recommendations for Authors

  • Use a clear title, and if you want to use an abstract to head your article, then do so. It is not, however, necessary.

  • Number figures and tables, and provide captions.

  • Check all references for completeness and accuracy.

  • Ensure that your PDF opens and prints correctly.

  • Review your work carefully before submission — the moderators will not correct even obvious errors.
